	What is IBHAR? It is a broadband wireless service provided by Omantel enabling you to access high speed internet wirelessly at various public places such as cafes, restaurants, hotels, shopping malls, airports etc, using a WiFi enabled laptop, PDA or mobile device Where can I get more information or technical support? 	Subscribing and Logging-In
	How do I subscribe and login? At present you can access the IBHAR WiFi service through IBHAR Prepaid Cards or by subscribing for it through your Oman Mobile GSM No. Please select the option below to find out on how to subscribe and login. What computer hardware do I require to access IBHAR? To access IBHAR you MUST have a WiFi (i.e. 801.11 b/g standard) enabled laptop, PDA or mobile phone. All laptops containing Intel® Centrino™ mobile technology are WiFi enabled and ready to go. If your device is not WiFi enabled, you will need to consult your equipment supplier and find out whether you can purchase an external WiFi (i.e. 802.11 b/g standard) card so as to access IBHAR. Do I need to download any special software to access IBHAR? No. The login process is conducted over your web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer)

	Using the Service
	What are the benefits of using the IBHAR WiFi service? The key benefit is the ability to access your office remotely – giving you maximum flexibility and increasing your productivity. By providing access to the Internet and your corporate network remotely, you are able to conduct meetings and presentations in public venues as well as turn waiting time into productive time as you check and send vital emails and send large documents in a matter of seconds. In addition the IBHAR service gives you access to: - eGaming portals - eLearning sites - Local Cinema Guides - Local Restaurant Guides - Local Event and Conference Guides - Etc Can I use the VPN set-up on my computer? Yes. Follow the login process to establish your Internet connection then start your VPN in the normal fashion to establish a secure encrypted tunnel through the Internet to your network. Please ensure your VPN client software is up to date so that it has NAT (Network Address Translation) support - contact your IT advisor/department if you're unsure.

	Locating an IBHAR WiFi Hotspot
	Where can I access the IBHAR WiFi service? Omantel is currently in the process of implementing a large number of IBHAR WiFi Hotspots in the Sultanate of Oman. Currently the IBHAR WiFi hotspots are only in Muscat but will be spreading across the Sultanate at key locations. Click here to view a list of current IBHAR WiFi hotspots. what is WiFi?
